02Generate the income report

End of week — click preview. All trip data pulls in automatically. Freight, diesel, feeding, tripage, and net income by fleet section. Edit anything before finalizing.

03Complete the retirement report

Enter the fund release. Log major costs and standard expenses. Tripage and fuel fill in from the income report. Balance B/F carries from last week automatically.

04P&L builds itself

Loading income, diesel, tripage, and breakages are already there from the income report. Add manual expenses — tickets, repairs, salary — and the net P/L is instant.

05Run payroll

Driver payslips preview from trip counts and earnings. Staff payslips from salary records. Review, adjust, and finalize. Every payslip posts to accounting.

06Books are current

Every finalization — income report, retirement, P&L, payslip, invoice — posts a double-entry voucher automatically. Trial balance is always up to date.
